Leon R. Barson, Managing Director of Barson Advisory LLC, is serving as the General Partner Representative in connection with the recently-announced liquidation and wind down of MG Capital Management Residential Fund III and MG Capital Management Residential Fund IV, real estate investment funds with portfolio assets consisting of luxury residential real estate properties in Manhattan.

Barson Advisory has been granted authority to oversee and direct the liquidation of the Funds’ respective assets and the wind down of their businesses. “We are pleased to have been selected for this important advisory engagement and look forward to maximizing recoveries for the benefit of all stakeholders,” Mr. Barson commented.
